The little red loafing shed

In the freshly mowed pasture the little red loafing shed really stands out. Its paint is starting to fade but it still gets noticed.

Sunrise is the best time to get pics of the pastures. In this picture the sun was coming up on the left hand side of the photo.

I love sunrises that accent the landscape and welcome a new day with the perfect lighting. The sky and the shed really pop in the morning light.

There are no cattle here at the moment but there should be some real soon and you can bet I will be taking me some more pics.

Sunrise in Texas

Good morning everyone from Manvel, Texas.

I love the colors of sunrises they are all so different. The tree silhouettes give the pictures another layer to look at. I took this picture last week and forgot about it.

The beauty of a sunrise is there every morning you just have to get up to see it.

The current sunrise in Manvel, Texas is 7:13 a.m. since my normal wake up time is 4:00 a.m. I am always ready to photograph them but I only photograph the ones with lots of colors or with fog.

A sunrise is a great way to start your day and get inspiration for what you want to accomplish that day.

Good Morning

This was Saturday mornings sunrise in Manvel, Texas. I honestly thought I would miss it by the time I got out there.

The colors were very pink and orange with highlights of purple. Sunrise colors can change in 2 minutes and become something totally different so timing is everything.

Every sunrise means a new day to enjoy natures beauty that is right in front of us.

August sunrise

The sunrise was pretty with the clouds highlighted by the sun’s colors.

I take pics of a lot of sunrises but sometimes they look like they have been hand-painted.

Light Rays

Early morning sunrise pictures with silhouettes are one of my favorite pictures to take.

Capturing the sun’s rays through the tree makes the beauty of a new day even more special.

Sunrise Manvel, Texas 2020

I was able to capture this picture Monday morning of the beautiful sunrise in Manvel, Texas.

Our view has no obstacles just wide open space which makes for wonderful pictures.

Every sunrise is unique its beauty & colors along with the clouds is etched in our mind as one of life’s paintings we got to enjoy.

Purple showers and barbed wire

We have purple showers planted everywhere around here they are easy to grow and invasive so they spread quickly.

The scientific name is Ruellia simplex ‘Purple Showers also known as mexican petunia.

There is something about flowers, fence post and barbed wire that I love.

Foggy Sunrise

I love living in the country with wide open spaces all around.

This foggy sunrise is a good example of what I am talking about this was taken out our backyard and this is a pasture behind us that is about 30 acres. This was taken on Saturday morning.

I have shot so many sunrises of this same location but no two are ever alike. The colors change in the sunrise just like the height of the fog changes and most of the time there is no fog. The colors change depending on the timing of the picture a few minutes can make all the difference in a sunrise or sunset picture.

This is my piece of paradise it is so tranquil and serene and the beauty never ceases to amaze me.
