Wildflowers from the birds

This year, we have been finding the black oiled sunflowers all over our yard and pasture.

Well, this makes sense because I feed that seed.

The wildlife reseeds the seed you feed them, which is a win-win situation for all of us.

Life is good and these flowers can survive our drought then I have something to photograph.

  1. I feed the birds oilers too. One year we had some excavating done in the back yard. They scraped the yard down to the dirt…and that year the whole section filled up with sunflowers, planted by the birds. It was JUST BEAUTIFUL! I’ve never been able to replicate it since.
