Happy New Year

I wanted to wish everyone a very Happy New Year.

We can hope this year COVID leaves and we do not have another year of having to wear masks in public.

We have had a few family members that were not vaccinated die, a few that were vaccinated just needed to quarantine and they ran high fevers and were very tired.

Jack and I have been blessed I think because we have avoided the public as much as possible but both of us are vaccinated and we have had the booster so we have not had any symptoms.

Cricket went to Livingston last week to get bred for the first time. Jeanelle brought her back yesterday I think she was glad to be out of the woods and back home. I think this was successful so only time will tell. There are people on a waiting list for Cricket’s pups.

The four youngest grandkids came to stay for 5 – 6 days. We had to make a trip to Walmart before they came to pick up supplies it’s like feeding a hungry army.

We have been putting plants in the greenhouse and the house so I do not lose them with the freeze that is coming tomorrow. I have a lot of succulents I refuse to lose. The greenhouse saved my aloe vera in February but all that outdoors died.
