We took the leftover homemade bread cut it up and made Croutons.
To do this we placed them in a large sheet pan let them sit in the pan for about 1 hour to stale a little bit then we used butter spray, canola spray, Italian seasoning, and granulated garlic. We baked at 350 degrees then turned resprayed 3 times, and baked for about 35 – 45 minutes.
They turned out really good. By doing this we did not waste any of the homemade bread.


I made some a few months ago… got hooked!!

They are so much better than the store bought ones.

We made quite a few so we got out the seal a meal and put 3 bags in the freezer but each bag is enough for 4 salads. We left out one bag lol.
