The ducks have been back about a month now.
Sometimes there are just two and other times there are 10 but almost always they are in pairs.
In this picture, there was only three I am not sure what happened but sometimes the other partner shows up a few minutes later.

I was going to say that they don’t make it this far north and east, but looking at a map of their range, I don’t think they make it out of Texas! Pretty much a South and Central America bird.
